This page describes the data handled by RéparPC 44 in connection with the site reparpc44.net and the computer repair business.

What the site collects
The site is a single presentation page. It contains no form and asks you for no name, no email address and no phone number.
An in-house audience measurement records which pages are viewed, so as to know how many people visit the site and how they got there. It is hosted on the site's own server — no data is sent to an advertising network — and it is used neither to identify you nor to retarget you.
The map on the home page comes from OpenStreetMap, which sets no advertising cookie. Browsing the site therefore involves no tracker requiring your consent.
When you get in touch
If you write on WhatsApp or call, the conversation and your phone number are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request and the repair. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and subject to its own privacy policy. If you would rather avoid WhatsApp, an ordinary phone call is enough.
The data on the equipment you hand over
This is the most important part of this page.
- I access the contents of your files only insofar as the repair requires it (data recovery, migration to a new drive, checking that a system boots correctly).
- I copy, keep and transmit none of your files outside that scope.
- Where a drive is replaced or data recovered, your old data is kept for 30 days so that it can be handed back should a problem arise with the new storage. After that period it is deleted and destroyed for good.
- If you want nothing kept at all, say so when you drop the machine off: deletion then happens as soon as the device is returned.
